The module has a screw to backplane input delay time as it moves from one state to the other. From 'off' to 'on', the input delay time is the hardware delay of 2 milliseconds max plus the user-selectable filter time (either 0, 1, or 2 milliseconds), while from 'on' to 'off', it is the hardware delay of 6 max plus the user-selectable filter time (either 0, 1, 2, 9, or 18 milliseconds).
